SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the text-message program operated by OutliveMe Management, LLC (“OutliveMe,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms. They incorporate our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Program description
OutliveMe sends text messages to members and prospective members to support their care and account. Messages may include:
- Account and security notifications, including one-time verification (2FA) codes;
- Appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates;
- Care-related notifications prompting you to review information in the OutliveMe app;
- Customer-support replies and conversational responses to your requests.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without separate, express consent. Text messages never contain protected health information beyond what is necessary to identify the notification.
2. How you opt in
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS, for example during account registration, when scheduling, or by texting us a keyword we provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, or of receiving care.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, appointments, and interactions with us.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. OutliveMe does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt out: STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. To rejoin, opt in again as described above. Note that opting out of texts may affect time-sensitive notifications such as verification codes; essential account and clinical communications may then be sent by other means.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the messaging program (such as our messaging platform) is permitted solely to operate the program. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
