Privacy Policy
Effective June 15, 2026. Last updated June 15, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how OutliveMe Management, LLC (“OutliveMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, communicate with us, or use the OutliveMe member and provider applications (together, the “Services”).
OutliveMe is a clinician-led performance health practice. Health information you provide as part of receiving care (“protected health information,” or PHI) is governed by the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to members separately. Where HIPAA and this Privacy Policy address the same information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls for PHI.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and any message you send when you contact us, request information, or create an account.
- Health and clinical information. For members, the diagnostics, intake responses, device data (such as wearables and continuous glucose monitoring), and other clinical information needed to deliver care. This is PHI and is handled under HIPAA.
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working. This website does not use advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Services and deliver clinical care.
- To communicate with you. This includes account and security notifications, one-time verification codes, appointment reminders and confirmations, and updates from your care team, sent by email and, where you have provided your number, by SMS.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and clinical-recordkeeping obligations.
3. Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our Services, such as the messaging platform we use to deliver texts, is permitted solely to operate the messaging program. All other use-case categories below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send SMS only to members and to people who have opted in by providing their mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase or of receiving care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
4. Email communications
We send transactional and account-related emails (such as verification, appointment, and care messages). Where we send any non-essential email, it includes a clear unsubscribe link, and you may opt out of those messages while continuing to receive essential account and clinical communications. To manage email preferences, contact us at .
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including, for PHI, a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (such as our hosting, communications, and infrastructure vendors).
- With your care team and others involved in your treatment, as needed to provide care.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members, staff, and the public.
- In connection with a business transfer, subject to the protections in this policy and applicable law.
6. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Clinical data is hosted on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under Business Associate Agreements. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, and longer where required to meet legal, regulatory, or medical-recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. Members also have rights regarding their health information under HIPAA, described in the Notice of Privacy Practices. To exercise any right, contact us at .
9. Children
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without appropriate consent.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
